Blake Harrell, Head Football Coach
East Carolina University

Blake Harrell, who is entering his sixth year at East Carolina, was officially named the program's 23rd head football coach on November 27, 2024.  Harrell served as the interim head coach for four of the last five games of the 2024 regular season and led the Pirates to a 26-21 victory over NC State in the Go Bowling Military Bowl on December 28, 2024.  Harrell was hired in 2020 as the program's defensive coordinator and inside linebackers coach.
