We are thrilled to introduce a new workshop series for our Leadership Institute Alumni: DiSCover Leadership: Reconnecting and Reinventing Team Interactions, led by Mary Paramore. This engaging series is designed to deepen your understanding of the DiSC framework and its practical applications in the workplace while fostering meaningful connections with fellow alumni.

Session 2: Providing and Receiving Feedback for Each DiSC Style: Equip participants with tools to give and receive feedback tailored to each DiSC style, improving feedback effectiveness and fostering a supportive environment.
