We are thrilled to introduce a new workshop series for our Leadership Institute Alumni: DiSCover Leadership: Reconnecting and Reinventing Team Interactions, led by Mary Paramore. This engaging series is designed to deepen your understanding of the DiSC framework and its practical applications in the workplace while fostering meaningful connections with fellow alumni.

Session 1: Reconnect and Introduction to DiSC Styles: Revisit the foundational understanding of the four DiSC Styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness), how they differ, and their unique characteristics in the workplace contexts.
