Referrals - Chamber members are recommended in response to requests on the availability of specific types of goods and/or services/ Thousands of people visit and phone the Chamber each year in search of reputable firms. Staff members recommend only Chamber of Commerce members.

Thousands more visit our Web site and gain access to your business; only Chamber members are listed on the website.  Chamber Members have the ability to keep track of their Web referals through the Members Only Page. 

Brochure Displays - Members are encouraged to display brochures describing their goods and services in the Chamber lobby as a resource for newcomers and visitors. Space is limited and available on a first-come basis.

City-County Map - Detailed maps are produced and distributed through the Chamber to newcomers and businesses locating to the area. Members are afforded the opportunity to advertise on the maps. Members may purchase maps at a discounted rate.

GLIMPSE Magazine -  This is the Chamber's premier printed marketing piece for newcomers and potential residents as well as visitors.  Members are offered the opportunity to advertise in GLIMPSE.

Newcomer Packages - The Chamber responds to hundreds of requests each year from those considering a move to Greenville - Pitt County. Chamber members may market in these packages with 8 1/2 x 11 flyers for a nominal cost.

Member-to-Member Discounts - offer Greenville - Pitt County Chamber members (and their employees) discounty on products and services from other Greenville - Pitt County Chamber members.

Electronic Membership Directory - The Chamber publishes its membership on CD for distribution to members, newcomers, potential residents and the community. An average of 600 per year are sent in response to inquiries. Membership directory can be printed upon request.

Newsletter - "The Business Partner" is published 10 times a year as a supplement to The Daily Reflector, with 22,000 in circulation. Chamber members may advertise in the publication.

Membership Labels - Chamber members may purchase the membership list on labels for direct mailings to fellow members. For more information, call the Chamber at (252)752-4101.

Business Beat - Cable 7 provides valuable air time for this chamber talk show. On a first-come basis, Chamber members are invited to appear on the show to talk about their businesses. Community events and local organizations are also highlighted.

ECU Merchants Fair - Businesses can market to ECU students at the beginning of the school year in conjunction with a university-sponsored outdoor event. Businesses are invited to display and promote their products and services to East Carolina students in a fun and relaxed atmosphere on campus.

Annual Report-Program of Work - published annualy to highlight the past year's accomplishments and report the plans for the new year. Members can advertise in this publication.

Pitt County Business Expo - Provides businesses/organizations a chance to showcase products/services to thousands of potential customers.

Chamber Champions - a program allowing members to design packages of sponsorship and advertising to maximize exposure.

Gift Certificates - the chamber sells gift certificates (more than $400,000 in 2007) redeemable at participating Chamber member merchants. Nominal fee to participate. This program gurantees that those dollars are spent locally and with chamber members!

Web site - All members receive a simple listing (included in membership) and are encouraged to enhance their presence by subscribing to the "Premier Website Package."  Banner ads are also available.
